If her looks don't bedazzle you, her forthcoming jewellery line most certainly will. "It's called Sansaar and I'll be launching it in the US in February," says the internationally jet-setting Ayesha Thapar-Yesil. "I decided on the name because I think the line has the energy of many different worlds expressed in unison - a reflection of my own life that is influenced by my constant moving between Turkey, India and the US, and the various countries I visit in my travels. I wanted my line to be an organic blend of the creative expression of many different countries enveloped into one; a line that is in constant transformation as is the world around us."

Born into Delhi's illustrious Thapar family, Ayesha moved to Miami after marrying the Turkish tycoon Engin Yesil. Well known as a Delhi IT girl, having always shown a keen eye for fashion, it's not surprising to learn that today Ayesha has her own fashion empire. "I have two lines actually, a high-end and low-end one," she clarifies. "My fashion sense is completely driven by my inner energy. In Delhi, I usually do not go crazy as I do in Miami, where I dress full-out Indian. Sometimes I even wear a sari to a nightclub!"

A mother to five-year-old Ali, whilst Ayesha doesn't miss the glamourama associated with her earlier modeling stints, she admits she always knew her good looks would come in handy someday. "Now I model for my own brand of fashion accessories - I am my own brand ambassador," she states.

Oh, hold on - and did we mention her foray into the telecom industry? "Yes, my professional career has been rather diverse," Ayesha concedes. "When I moved to Miami, I ran a long distance and voiceover telecom company on the internet, and I still act as a consultant to these companies," she says, adding, "now I've recently thought about partnering with a friend who deals in antiques and interiors. I love doing up homes - it makes me really happy."

Of course with all that globe-trotting, ask her where home for her personally is, and she rejoins philosophically, "Home for me is where I am."

Yeşil, 14 Şubat 2003'te Hindistan'ın ünlü sanayici ve işadamı Vikram Thapar'ın kızı Ayesha Thapar ile Yeni Delhi'de 4 gün 4 gece süren düğünle evlenmişti. Türk ve Hindistan sosyetesinin buluştuğu bu düğün için Yeşil, Türkiye ve Amerika'dan üçer uçak kaldırmıştı. Evlendikten sonra Miami'ye yerleşen çiftin peri masalını andıran evlilikleri ne yazık ki 4 yıl sürdü. Telefonla ulaştığımız Yeşil, boşanma olayını doğrulayarak Hürriyet'e şu açıklamayı yaptı: "Evet doğrudur ayrıldık, Zaten çocuk da yoktu, böyle olması ikimiz için de daha iyi..."
